“I learnt so much and feel really inspired and I feel like I’ve found myself.” –  Yr 9 Student after GLDN Session

What do we have to offer?

GLDN School Presentations take on a variety of structures, catering to the specific needs of your school – whether that be whole school assemblies, after-school club sessions or self-care sessions for specific students.

Our stories:

First and foremost, we have our stories. Each and every one of us have our own unique journey and story which have brought us to where we are today. Sparked by our passions, hard-working mentality, vigour , failure of successes, we have learnt many tips and tricks on our journeys which have got us to where we are today.

The women from GLDN have had completely varying educational experiences, including GCSEs, A Levels, BTECs, BAs, MAs, Apprenticeships and Traineeships to list a few. For us, it is important to educate young people on the many paths in which they can take to achieve their dreams whilst always emphasising the importance of learning and education.DSC_0483

Activities and Exercises

All GLDN School presentations aim to be interactive and engage our young audience – regardless of whom and how many students there are. We ensure to reflect the exercises, activities and games that we use personally into a youth-friendly structure in which everyone can relate to and have fun.

Take Away

It is important that our presentations aren’t only one hour sessions but that they have a lasting effect. Whether the students take away an inspirational message, one of our GLDN hand outs or another resource depends on the structure of that particular session.
